This package includes:
- Window cleaning up to 8 hours. The appointments can be split in any way you like throughout the year with a minimum of one hour per appointment. The cleaning can include mirror cleaning and windows that are up to two stories high.
- Gutter cleaning up to 2 hours. This will include one hour of cleaning and one hour of check ups/clean up throughout the year to insure your home gutters are always in working order.
- Pressure washing up to 2 hours. This cleaning can be used for washing walkways, driveways, patios, and any other surface that can be pressure washed.
- Rescreen window screens up to 5 window screens. This is recommended for any window screens that are torn, worn, or have holes in them. Charcoal fiberglass screen mesh is used for this service.

What is included in this package?
Your Ultimate Home Maintenance package includes:
- Window Cleaning: Up to 8 hours of cleaning (equipment set-up time is not counted)
- Gutter Cleaning: Up to 2 hours of cleaning (if your home does not have gutters or if there is minimal maintenance you may substitute this service for window cleaning/pressure washing)
- Pressure Washing: Up to 2 hours of pressure washing around your home
- Rescreen window screens: Up to 5 window screens of any size (if your home does not need the window screens to be rescreened you may substitute this service for an additional 60 minutes of window cleaning/gutter cleaning or pressure washing)
How soon after I sign up do I get my service?
After signup, you will be contacted by one of our staff members to schedule the first cleaning. The normal scheduling window is within 2 weeks or as your schedule allows.
How many times will you visit my home?
We will visit your home, a minimum of 3 times per year, or every three months. If you need to schedule a window cleaning appointment On-Demand, within two weeks time, please call us to book your appointment or you may schedule it on our online booking part of this website found at the top of the page.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
During your first appointment, your service provider will perform a thorough home checkup, evaluating and cleaning your home gutters, windows, and any areas that require pressure washing. The appointment generally takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of your home.
When does my service start and end?
This package will last from the moment you book your first appointment and will last for 365 days. After that you may choose to renew your home maintenance package deal.
